…and looking even more worn and tired!  Started making the top light/sign section with some plastic scraps and I “accidentally” made a little bulb with the drops from the hot glue gun!  I chopped down a small wooden barrell and built up the groundwork around it so another layer of gravel and some grass and that will be it.  I might put a little “find” inside the barrell and add another item in the background to balance the composition.  Gauge and glass (broken) will be added and perhaps a Gulf logo or two – while part of me is struggling to get back to the more “serious” job of figure painting, another part finds this quite rewarding and also, its fun!  More later cheers for now…
