John Murphy has done another fine batch of castings for me of these five 1/43 character figures.  They include; Nuvolari – yes another one!) – in a relaxed pose bareheaded and holding his leather cap, Elio de Angelis wearing his trademark Simpson helmet with integrated air/breathing vents.  In fact, this figure could be used to depict any other drivers from the same era who wore this type of helmet, ie, Hunt, Fittipaldi etc.  Then we have specifically Umberto Maglioli, but it could also double for any other sports car driver from the early sixties, Gilles Villeneuve in relaxed mode, arms folded with his driving suit rolled down.  Finally, a figure based on one of those famous images of Stirling Moss having a quick drink during a pit stop.  Now for the cleaning and priming.. !
