I will also add the communication connectors for his headset and microphone. Continue reading “Donald Campbell & Colin Chapman – WIP minifigures”
These metal 1/43rd scale metal figures are currently for sale on Ebay – Colin Chapman is a Scalelink figure which I have painted up in the JPS colours. Â It’s a reasonable likeness to the man himself and of course he is posed holding his famous “victory” hat! Continue reading “On Ebay this week….”

Continue reading Phil Hill – F1 43rd scale miniature
A reflective pose captured nicely in this Denizen Miniature of Ayrton Senna – one of him wearing his most famous Marlboro garb (while at McLaren) and the other, his Rothmans outfit (in which he sadly perished at Imola) when at Williams GP – They are WIP, so on with the detail painting! Continue reading Ayrton Senna at Williams & McLaren – 43rd scale
I’ve added a bib from metal foil to this commercial casting from Denizen miniatures – I’ll give it another blast of primer and then get down to painting him in detail. Continue reading F1 Flag Marshal – Monaco in 43rd scale
A tempestuous pairing in the McLaren camp which ended in tears in Japan in 1989. Continue reading Senna and Prost in 43rd scale
